Building muscle takes so long I train a lot and hard but it takes forever, it seems I just can’t do it. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to build muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

I have been looking for a site Like this one that has software, apps etc with codes and have not been able to find any. I have a new Tour and would like some apps for free. Not just the free ones that are available.
